Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all products and services provided by Carpet Hub (“we”, “us”), Abu Dhabi, UAE. By requesting a quote, placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Prices
All quotes are based on our site measurement and are valid for 14 days. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Website prices are a guide; your written quote is the final price.
Measurement and Samples
Measurement visits and samples are free with no obligation. Colors on screen and in samples may vary slightly from the delivered product due to lighting and production batches.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay a 50% advance. The balance is due on completion of installation. We accept cash, bank transfer and card.
Delivery and Installation
We agree the installation date with you in advance. Please make sure the area is clear, clean and accessible, and that any building permits or access approvals are arranged. Delays caused by site conditions or access issues may change the schedule or cost.
Site Conditions
Subfloors must be dry, level and sound. If we find damp, damage or uneven floors, we will inform you before fitting. Extra preparation work is charged separately.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled before the material is cut or ordered. Custom-cut, custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Offers and Discounts
Promotions, such as up to 15% off, are valid for a limited time, apply only to the stated products and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
Privacy
We use your contact details only to process your enquiry and order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
